Dr. Ashley Croft is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who obtained her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Gonzaga University. She brings to clinic a humanistic approach, encouraging clients to actively participate in treatment decisions while providing a safe, supportive environment in order for clients to feel comfortable asking questions, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
Mandy VanSant
Physician Assistant, PA-C
Mandy VanSant is a board certified Physician Assistant who obtained both undergraduate and graduate degrees from Idaho State University. She has been providing psychiatric care since 2016 in a wide variety of settings. She has experience providing treatment for children, teens, and adults suffering from Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar, PTDS, ADHD, ASD, sleep disorders and a variety of other psychological, family, and social problems. Prior to her transition to psychiatry Mandy spent 4 years working as a PA-C in neurosurgery.

With over 15 years of experience in the medical field, Thiago has established himself as a trusted healthcare professional in the Treasure Valley. Thiago strongly believes in a holistic and integrative approach to patient care, striving to meet individuals where they are in life. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Northwest Nazarene University and an Advanced Practice degree from Maryville University.

Dr. Melanie Nash is a native Boisean who attended BSU for undergraduate nursing degrees and Gonzaga University for an FNP, MSN, and Doctor of Nursing Practice. Her distinguished practice career includes critical care, emergency and urgent care, internal medicine and primary care of veteran populations, the education of master’s and doctoral nurse practitioner graduate students, and community service through the Genesis Community Health, a safety-net clinic for Idaho’s most vulnerable persons.
Dr. Nash’s practice philosophy focuses on whole-person, integrative care utilizing open communication, active listening, and shared decision-making within a caring, supportive, and mutually respectful environment.

Roger Evenson is a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a profound commitment to enhancing the well-being of individuals. Roger adopts a therapeutic approach rooted in the polyvagal theory, which empowers clients to comprehend the underlying reasons behind their behaviors, response patterns, and emotional expressions in both daily interactions and chronic trauma situations. Leveraging polyvagal theory, Roger facilitates holistic healing by addressing both the psychological and physiological symptoms of trauma. Additionally, he integrates complementary therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, elements of dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) to assist clients in overcoming mental health challenges and navigating life more adeptly. Roger has effectively supported clients in coping with trauma, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, and various other mental health issues that arise. Furthermore, Roger works with adults, adolescents, and families, and can provide Christian-based therapy if desired.

Amy Song has worked as a mental health therapist for 14 years. As a knowledgeable and caring provider, she offers a comprehensive range of counseling therapy services for individuals, couples, teens and adults, being dedicated to delivering exceptional care through effective interventions, empowering tools and beneficial insight. She provides treatment for a variety of mental health concerns including general and social anxiety, depression, post traumatic stress disorder, domestic violence, grief and loss, emotional regulation, anger, substance use, illness, sleep disorders, and relationship issues. She also provides specific treatment for clients who have experienced significant trauma whether from incidents in childhood, accidents, surgery, or serious adverse events related to one’s job or career. She utilizes evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-focused Brief Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques. She believes in fostering opportunities for the individual to learn and practice tools to improve coping ability, enhance interpersonal relationships and more effectively manage symptoms. She values empowering individuals to live happier, healthier and more connected lives. Amy has garnered her professional experience delivering services in diverse private, community and government organizations such as medical centers, military bases, corrections, child and family services foster care program, and in private practice. She has a Master’s degree in Social Work from Eastern Washington University, and a Master’s in Spanish from Wichita State University.
